But he covers his sharingan eye because the sharingan can only hold so many things it copies and if he exposes it the whole time, it will copy everything and he won't have all the jutsus that he copied then. Uchihas though don't have this problem because they activate sharingan.

Samehada only allows Kisame to use it, if others try, they get stabbed.

2. genjutsu, ninjutsu, and taijutsu, i think ninjutsu also has two sub-categories: sealing jutsu and cursed seal jutsu (hope that right ^_^)

Kakashi's eye is always active, causing him great spain when he uses it in battle, Kakashi keeps it covered when not using it to avoid this side effect.
